CEO
Leen has been CEO of Conac since December 2021 and has over 20 years of experience in the field of employee benefits, where she was actively involved as a representative of AG Insurance at Assuralia in the development of the legislative framework for supplementary pensions. In addition, Leen has 10 years of experience in finance at AG Insurance and Ageas, where she was responsible for asset and liability management, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital management and performance, among other things.
Leen is also chair of the board of directors of the multi-employer pension fund Pension & Co.
She represents Conac at Abelica Global, the largest international network of independent actuarial service providers, and is also a qualified IA|BE actuary with the Institute of Actuaries in Belgium. She holds a degree in actuarial science and mathematics from KU Leuven.
HR Manager & Head of Pension Administration
Maude is Head of Pension Administration and HR Manager at Conac. With more than 10 years of experience in HR, she plays a central role within the organisation by combining Human Resources, Communication and Pension Administration.
She oversees HR policy, internal and external communication, and the general organisation of the company. As Internal Prevention Advisor, she also ensures the well-being and safety of employees.
Since June 2026, Maude has also been responsible for the Pension Administration department. This dual role enables her to create a close connection between the teams, clients and the various departments of Conac, while contributing to the company’s development and operational excellence. Within her responsibilities, she is also in charge of the implementation and follow-up of the ISAE 3402 certification for Conac.
A marketing graduate, she is also a certified career coach and level 3 prevention advisor.
Head of Accounting & Finance
Kevin has been Head of Accounting and Finance since February 2026. He began his career in an accounting firm, where he obtained his ITAA certificate (Institute for Tax Advisors and Accountants).
Over the years, he has gained broad experience in accounting and taxation, notably at D’Ieteren Energy, Moore Belgium, and Deloitte, where he held positions such as (Senior) Accountant, Manager Accountancy, Business Controller, and Accounting & Collection Manager.
Thanks to his combination of technical expertise, a people-oriented approach, and experience in both operational and managerial roles, Kevin is a valuable asset to the accounting team.
Business Development & Actuarial Services
Jan is responsible for business development and actuarial services at Conac. As Senior Consulting Actuary for Conac, Jan is involved in the design, financing and general advice on pension schemes. He has extensive expertise in the field of company pension schemes, sectoral and occupational pension funds, as well as in the valuation of pension liabilities in mergers and acquisitions.
Jan has been active in the pension sector since the start of his career in 1991, which he began as a research assistant, consultant and actuary for KU Leuven and Infact. Before joining Conac in 2000, he was also Senior Consulting Actuary for Vanbreda Risk & Benefits.
Jan has been a director of the multi-employer pension fund Pension & Co since its inception in 2010.
He is a certified actuary with the Belgian supervisory authority (FSMA) and also a qualified IA|BE actuary with the Institute of Actuaries in Belgium. Jan holds master’s degrees in actuarial science, computer science and mathematics, all from KU Leuven.
Head of IT
Toon is responsible for the IT department at Conac. Previously, he worked as a project manager and business analyst on various projects related to the implementation of new clients. He has supervised several projects to expand Conac’s pension management software and has also participated in the design of ISAE 3402 processes for Business and IT.
Toon holds degrees in actuarial science and commercial engineering in management information systems, and he has also obtained the certificate from the “Special Programme in Pension Law”.
Head of Actuarial Consulting
Since August 2026, Rob has joined Conac as Head of Actuarial Consulting. With over 25 years of experience in supplementary pensions and employee benefits, he works closely with his team of actuaries to support companies and pension institutions in addressing complex questions related to pension plans, governance and long-term strategy.
At Conac, Rob plays an important role in further developing the consultancy activities. Together with the actuarial team, he combines in-depth actuarial expertise with a pragmatic approach, translating complex pension matters into clear, practical and efficient solutions. With his analytical mindset, extensive experience and strong interest in pension-related topics, Rob is a trusted sparring partner for companies, pension funds and other stakeholders.
Rob holds degrees in Actuarial Sciences and Applied Economic Sciences from KU Leuven.
