CEO
Leen has been CEO of Conac since December 2021 and has over 20 years of experience in the field of employee benefits, where she was actively involved as a representative of AG Insurance at Assuralia in the development of the legislative framework for supplementary pensions. In addition, Leen has 10 years of experience in finance at AG Insurance and Ageas, where she was responsible for asset and liability management, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital management and performance, among other things.
Leen is also chair of the board of directors of the multi-employer pension fund Pension & Co.
She represents Conac at Abelica Global, the largest international network of independent actuarial service providers, and is also a qualified IA|BE actuary with the Institute of Actuaries in Belgium. She holds a degree in actuarial science and mathematics from KU Leuven.
Head of Actuarial Consulting
Jessica is head of the Actuarial department at Conac. As a Senior Consulting Actuary, Jessica has been advising pension funds and employers on extra-legal benefits since 2000. She is involved in the design and financing of pension schemes. In addition, she has in-depth knowledge of IFRS/FAS standards, single status, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), pension legislation, etc.
Jessica is responsible for the Actuarial Function, particularly within the multi-employer pension fund Pension & Co.
She is a certified actuary by the Belgian supervisory authority (the FSMA) and is also a qualified IA|BE actuary with the Institute of Actuaries in Belgium. Jessica holds master’s degrees in actuarial science and mathematics from the ULB.
Head of Pension Administration
Sigried is an actuary and consultant for various pension plans in Belgium. She has twenty years of experience in the field of pensions. Since May 2025, after serving as Accounting Manager, Sigried has become Head of the Pension Administration Department at Conac, in addition to her role as consultant and actuary for several pension funds. In her current role, she is also responsible for implementing and monitoring ISAE 3402 certification for Conac. Sigried leads the implementation of most operational processes and procedures in collaboration with her colleagues from various departments.
Sigried holds degrees in actuarial science and economics from KU Leuven.
HR & Communication Manager
Maude is Human Resources and Communications Manager at Conac. She has 10 years of experience in human resources. Her tasks are varied. She combines human resources management, internal and external communications for Conac and office management. She is also Internal Prevention Manager.
Maude has a degree in marketing and is a certified career coach.
Head of Accounting & Finance
Yves has been Head of Accounting and Finance at Conaccount since April 2025. He began his career at an accounting firm, where he obtained his ITAA certificate in 2003. He then held various positions in accounting and management control for international companies, both nationally and internationally.
Yves holds a degree in accounting and taxation and a master’s degree in supply chain management, recently completed with an executive programme in strategic management at the University of Oxford.
Business Development & Actuarial Services
Jan is responsible for business development and actuarial services at Conac. As Senior Consulting Actuary for Conac, Jan is involved in the design, financing and general advice on pension schemes. He has extensive expertise in the field of company pension schemes, sectoral and occupational pension funds, as well as in the valuation of pension liabilities in mergers and acquisitions.
Jan has been active in the pension sector since the start of his career in 1991, which he began as a research assistant, consultant and actuary for KU Leuven and Infact. Before joining Conac in 2000, he was also Senior Consulting Actuary for Vanbreda Risk & Benefits.
Jan has been a director of the multi-employer pension fund Pension & Co since its inception in 2010.
He is a certified actuary with the Belgian supervisory authority (FSMA) and also a qualified IA|BE actuary with the Institute of Actuaries in Belgium. Jan holds master’s degrees in actuarial science, computer science and mathematics, all from KU Leuven.
Head of IT
Toon is responsible for the IT department at Conac. Previously, he worked as a project manager and business analyst on various projects related to the implementation of new clients. He has supervised several projects to expand Conac’s pension management software and has also participated in the design of ISAE 3402 processes for Business and IT.
Toon holds degrees in actuarial science and commercial engineering in management information systems, and he has also obtained the certificate from the “Special Programme in Pension Law”.
