What does this service include?

Conac has extensive experience in managing pension administration for Belgian pension funds. Conac’s pension administration includes the following services:

  • Management of individual files – management of individual pension data;
  • Collective and individual calculations – preparation and monitoring of pension statements and individual pension calculations, exit, death, and disability calculations;
  • Payments and declarations – determination of gross-net calculations, declaration of social and tax obligations, and preparation and processing of all payments.

Customized software

Pension Manager for the Internet (PMi)

Pension administration is carried out in PMi, software developed internally by Conac. In this software, we can program different pension schemes and establish databases to manage the individual information of members and their beneficiaries. Subsequently, pension calculations and payments are made.

PMi is a strictly secure straight-through processing (STP) web application, tailored to the specific characteristics of each pension fund. On the input side, PMi integrates the employer’s personnel policy with the employer’s payroll administration and the data received via Sigedis push messages. On the output side, PMi generates communication documents for members, payment files, social and tax declarations, Sigedis declarations, exports for actuaries, reinsurers, and the Benefits Online (BOL) application.

Almost the entire pension administration is automated, including letters, pension statements, calculations, payments, processing of Sigedis push files, Sigedis declarations, and social and tax declarations.
