Junior accountant

The candidate is responsible for the performance of accounting tasks for pension funds. This includes the following:

Tasks

Implementation of the general accounting of pension funds: journal entries, closing of accounts, preparation of several reports to the board of directors, annual general meeting, FSMA, national bank, etc.
Exchange of information with the client's contact person, mainly multinationals and large Belgian pension funds
Analyze the data received, identify deviations and follow up / solve the problem with the customer's contact person.
Contribute to the further development of knowledge within Conac.

Profile

Bachelor in accountancy.
You have a passion for accounting.
You have a strong analytical mind.
You are communicative and social. You can communicate your ideas to others in a clear and structured way.
You are able to help guide new dossiers.
You have a high sense of responsibility and are able to handle assignments independently. To this end, organizational skills and prioritization are important.
The mother tongue is Dutch or French with a good knowledge of the other national language.

Pension Administrator

The candidate is responsible for the administrative and / or financial processing of pension funds. This means among other things the execution of the following tasks:

Tasks

Analysis of pension data and file management with the client's contact person.
Preparing payments to be made from pension files, using software developed in-house.
Direct support for actuaries in the actuarial and administrative management of pension funds.
Contribute to the further development of knowledge within Conac.

Profile

Master or Bachelor degree.
Two to three years of experience in the financial sector is an asset.
You have a strong analytical mind.
You are communicative and social. You can communicate your ideas to others in a clear and structured way.
You are able to help guide new dossiers.
You have a high sense of responsibility and are able to handle assignments independently. To this end, organizational skills and prioritization are important.
You are perfectly bilingual Dutch - French.
