2007 - Recognition by the Institute of Accountants and Tax Experts
Conaccount was recognised by the Institute of Accountants and Tax Experts on 29 March 2007 under the licence number 70.245.679, in accordance with the Royal Decree of 15 February 2005 on the practice of the profession of chartered accountant and chartered accountant/tax expert in the context of a legal entity.
2009 & 2010 - Certification
Due to our client base in the US, the increased demand for corporate governance services and the prudential expectations of FSMA, Conac decided to seek ISAE 3402 (formerly SAS 70) certification on a broad basis, including accounting, administration, actuarial and other business processes and IT. This certification is also known as SOC 1 (Service Organisation Control). Since 2011, the ISAE 3402 Type II certification has been renewed annually.
